Rubatà
The “Rubatà”, whose meaning is literally “fallen”, worked according to tradition, is recognizable by its typical twisted shape.
Its origin dates back to the mid-1600s, when the baker of the royal family was asked to prepapare a more digestible and edible bread for the King’s son.
The “Rubatà” has continued to remain on the tables of the royals through the various dynasties up to the present day.
We continue to preserve its appearance and taste, respecting tradition.
